First Base is a clear, glossy sealer for use on timber, concrete, porous terrazzo and stone floors. It gives depth, richness and shine to the floor and shields the surface against spillages, traffic wear and weathering.
FIRST BASE has a high resistance to UV-light and is suitable for both interior and exterior concrete. It is permanent and non-yellowing and sets quickly to allow floors to return to service within hour.
Because it is water-based, FIRST BASE is odourless, non-flammable and low in VOCs.
