Thank you for choosing Wyndham Cleaning Supplies. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before hiring any equipment.
1. Equipment Hire
The following equipment is available for hire, including but not limited to:
- Carpet Cleaners
- Floor Polishers
- Tile & Grout Cleaning Machines
- Auto scrubber
2. Hire Period
- Standard hire is for a 24-hour period from the time of collection.
- Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return time.
- Additional hire charges will apply if the equipment is returned late.
3. Late Returns
- A late fee of 12.5% of the total hire charge will apply for every hour, or part thereof, after the agreed return time.
- Equipment not returned on time may also affect future bookings.
4. Security Deposit (Refundable)
A refundable security deposit is required before equipment is released.
- Carpet Cleaners, Floor Polishers and Pressure Washers: Deposit equal to the hire charge.
- All other equipment: Deposit equal to the hire charge.
The security deposit will be refunded after the equipment has been inspected and confirmed to be clean, undamaged and in good working condition.
5. Cleaning Fee
- Equipment must be returned clean.
- A cleaning fee of $30 will be deducted from the security deposit if the equipment is returned dirty or requires additional cleaning.
6. Damage, Loss or Theft
The hirer is responsible for the equipment from the time it is collected until it is returned.
The hirer agrees to pay for:
- Any damage caused during the hire period.
- Any missing accessories or parts.
- The full replacement cost if the equipment is lost or stolen.
7. Identification Required
Before collecting the equipment, the hirer must provide:
- Two valid forms of identification.
- At least one must be a government-issued photo ID (such as an Australian Driver Licence or Passport).
- Proof of current residential address (such as a utility bill, bank statement or other official document if requested).
- A current mobile phone number.
8. Safe Use
The hirer agrees to:
- Use the equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.
- Follow all operating instructions provided.
- Not modify, repair or dismantle the equipment.
- Immediately report any faults or damage.
9. Booking Cancellation
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- You agree to comply with all conditions of hire.
- You accept responsibility for the equipment during the hire period.
- The information you have provided is accurate.
